5. Subscription, Auto-Renewal, and Refund Policy

  • Subscription Fees: All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • No Chargebacks or Disputes: You agree not to initiate chargebacks for payments made. If you have concerns, you must contact us first to resolve disputes.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.
